multiplayer possible now???

Ok when i mean i want multiplayer i dont mean more then 1 FPS Player. I mean Player 1 in the fps unit and every one else will control an army or something. Is this possible???

If you want a copy of my map that i weant to implement the multiplayer into ask me thx.

Ok well ill hosta lan game as a test to c if it works nd i see that player one is the FPS unit and secound player is regular war 3. Now about 5 secounds after the game starts player 2 will get discounnected. Can someone tell me how to fix this.

Running the fps control program over lan or bnet causes a disconnect because it's an outside program acessing internal memory. It's a cheat prevention meathod. The only way to get fps multiplayer is to create your own server client that works through the fps control program and relays information back and forth that then gets injected into the war3 map and handled properly by triggers.

that or u get rid of the mouse lol which would ruin that but hey if u like doom it might be the thing for u though theres always desyn then.

Shoot well thx for ur help i figure it out somehow hmmm. Wait could i edit the war3.exe file to run the varible script thing that the fps control does. Right now it does not need to run over bnet??

So to do this, one would have to make something equivalent to a dedicated server program, used on other FPS games. With a such thing...one could also implement the leaving and joining as the game commences, if one was good enough. Or am I wrong?
