I Need Image Extractor Help

Okay, I have downloaded Wc3 Image Extractor 2 from tidesofblood.com. I Have Successfully edited and image and converted it to .blp. Now how do i save it into Warcraft 3 TFT so I can use it in the map editor like the people who made Tides of Blood.

Open the import manager in your WE and import the blp file.
