Game Cache and Linking Maps

I trying to set up the Reign of Chaos campaigns to be playable in Frozen Throne, and have extracted all the maps from the MPQ. What I don't know how to do is get the maps to link together and the Game Cache to work properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
