Combining spell effects

Hey how do you combine the effects of several spells together? Such as Taking blood lusts attack rate increase and Inner fires Damage increase.

Btw i already know how to edit an individual spell

im not sure if this works, but if you base 2 abilites off the same original, then cast 1 they both cast, so if you made a bloodlust with the same activation string, maybe it would cast both
