Could anyone point me in the direction of a tut on how to change model colors? Like for example i want to make the faerie dragon missle pinkish purple. Edit: I mean testwise |

Your best bet would be to go into the model to figure out what's making it a given color. You could either use yobgul's converter, and look at it as a text file, or import it via the art tools, and look at it as a model. Look at the things that govern color. In some (most) cases, a model is using a skin that gives it a color; in other cases, what looks like a solid model is actually some sort of particle emitter that is colored. A few other rare cases are also possible. Without knowing what you're trying to do, though, it's hard for me to tell you how to go about doing it. |
