Terrian Slk Help

I think my old post got deleted so I am reposting. What I would like to do is have the cityscape square tile path point to the cityscape grass tile. The reason for this is I altered the cliff texture and need the surrounding tiles to be grass, not the square tile so there is no hard edge. The only way I could think to do this was slk editing, but have not done any before. If someone could point me help me out, or if you know of a better way to do this let me know. I have messed around with slks before, so I can extract and edit, I just don't know what to change, or how to make it implement correctly. Thanks.

(I know I could overright the square tile path with an imported grass, but that adds 200-260k, and I would much rather just have the 5-25k from an slk)
