First off, wrong forum. it belongs in Map Development not the Trigger and Utility Repository (notice the highlighed word).

Second off, the way to do that would be making a new ability based of Phoenix Tail (or something like that) it allows attack while moving.

And I don't mean to sound like a smart *** but here is a copy of the definition of the highlighted word in case you don't know what it is (and seriously some people don't.)

re·pos·i·to·ry ( P ) Pronunciation Key (r-pz-tôr, -tr)
n. pl. re·pos·i·to·ries
  1. A place where things may be put for safekeeping.
  2. A warehouse.
  3. One that contains or is a store of something specified.

In other words, for COMPLETED triggers an Utilities to be stored for other peoples use.

Might be Phoenix Fire...

Think its Phoenix Fire.

It an ability that you can find in the Object Editor.

Just give it to a unit (either via triggers, or in the object editor) and the unit will be able to attack while moving.

No, that would require model editing.

Pheonix Fire is your best bet...but if you're more trying to reproduce the ending of helms deep...with knights running and knocking down orcs with ease...I suggest giving them a permanent high damage immolation spell and removing their attack ability, so they charge forward and trample the enemies.
