TheCaptains Filepath?

Ive looked at the captains filepath in game and this is what i found the path so i put that as my custom path, but everything but team colour went, why is this?

you screwed up the alpha channels, you have the correct path, but whatever converter you used covered the entire skin with alpha.

This happens to a lot of people, me included. To fix this problem I saved as a targa file, compressed it when I saved. I merged the layers too ( not flatten ) as I think flattening the image messes with alpha. When you convert it in war3viewer compress at 90... Following this seems to work for me
