Sky and Time of Day

In the WE my map Time of Day and Sky preference settings don't work. The sky is always pure white, and its always 12:00. Why? And how can I fix this?

In the map editor.

Click on Scenario on the menu bar
Click on Prefs
Then choose your sky, and do whatever with the time of day

I did that, my sky is white and my time of day is stuck at 12:00...

Ok go to File on the menu, then click on Preferences.

Then click on the Visual Tab, there should be Fixed time of day, and Sky Display.

Edit those to whatever.
