Help, Convert a Model

I recently upgraded from win2k to winXP and now none of my good non-commercial programs work.
I went to convert an .mdx like I normally do but this time it says 'unknown file format'.

I have tried lots, but to no avail, please read my post further down.

Hmmm, that's wierd, maybe mine is just messed up, if someone could extract themselves and convert it for me from:
Objects\Spawnedmodels\NagaDeath\NagaDeath.mdx

If anyone can do this I will give you lots of points. :ggani:
