Night Goblin Fanatic Request

I would really need a Night Goblin Fanatic Model from the game Warhammer Fantasy battle, don't think any model in the game is that good as a base, but I need it all done, prefferably with a skin too, but not as necessary, need it animated too, with an animation where he swings the large ball and chain around, damaging those nearby, could also use a Night Goblin Shaman or Night Goblin with spear, but most of all I need the fanatic, don't have much points, but I'm willing to pay all of them.

I think I saw one somewhere... maybe not exactly like that, and not on Wc3campaigns, but anyway...
