Where do all the cinematic music makers get their music from? Right now I'm struggling to find any music whatsoever, let alone "correct" music for the mood of my cinematic. More specifically I'm kind of looking for the LotR sound tracks. But any music would be good. |

Acctually I have encountered the same problem with some of my movies in the making. Since there is no conversation or real voices, to keep the viewers interested in dialog, I find myself inserting a lot of music to help fill the gaps. I find music everywhere, but I try and use more unknown stuff if possible since other music from movies like Bravehart and LOTR has been done to death. Classics - Mozart or Bach is good Enya - Very popular, but always a real mood setter Digital game music - Recently located some music from a 1989 game called Dungeon Master I used to play. Very good stuff. So keep digging and hopefully you find your music. Good Luck |
