well ive seen that some people want some stairs so i came up with a good looking stairs that WORK here what you should do: first make a custom destructible based on a foot swich then chage the model to a table(you can use most flat objects but tables work best) second set the "ART-FIXED ROTATION" to 112.5 (if ur using the table model and want a vertical set of stairs) Then place the doodad in the desired place TIP hold SHIFT to place without collision Then use pg up/ pg dn to det ur doddad's height to make it look like stairs EDIT: I forgot to mention you have to put pathing blockers around the stair to make the units go ALL the way up and down otherwise they would "jump" to the ground when there half way up/down heres a screen: should i put this in the tutorials section? |

You could also do that with any "Wall" destructable, just set its type to "Ramp" and wallah. I think using one of the wall doodads would look good as a set of Stone/brick stairs. |

http://www.wc3campaigns.com/forums/s...threadid=41797 Weird that you had a problem with the ramp idea... I played with ramps and didn't have a problem. But it don't really matter, it works your way too. :D |
