Transformations - Metamorphisis, Bear and Raven Form

When you use a skill like Metamorphisis, Raven Form, or Bear Form, and use it on a custom hero such as the Naga Siren in my map, to turn her into a Water Elemental, why is it that when the Metamorphisis is over and they are about to turn back, it exits WC3 and brings up a error, it does the same thing if you use bear or raven form and try to change them back or put a duration on how long the spell can last. It still comes up with the error.

is the water elemental a hero or unit?

you have to make 2 heros exactly the same, just change the unit model, and icon if u want.

So if I make the water elemental into a hero it will work?

take the hero that is transforming...

copy it and make a double...

go to its model and change it to a water elemental...

then have the normal hero - your hero, and the unit its transforming into - the water element...

look at the unit editor, and spell editor and copy it.

the water elemental unit you can change its damage, and range, and art so its different.

Actually I got it to work, but thanks for making a test map. Thanks for the advice, I was really hoping to be able to make this spell work since it is one of her more better spells. Thanks again so much.


I do have a question for you though MoOp. I noticed your signature said you are a skinner. Would you happen to be able to make a really really nice skin of Tyrael from D2, just the basics like the hood and blackness and white robes from the skin of Medivh and maybe you can change his staff into a glowing sword? Just a thought, if you could and are willing to I would so totally appreciate it.

Someone is making a model of the Angel ( from the paladins resurrection spell ), if you just wait a bit longer, you can use that.

I know they are, but I really don't like that one, but if you dont want to thats ok, I wont ask. Thanks for the help above though.
