Why Cinematics is so popular?

Why, do you think it is so popular cinematic maps?

Its so different from what the game was designed for. People get bored at the 2v2 fights and whant to do something different. watch a cinematic for example ;)

In Cinematics, you can do things you can't imagine in a normal Map and you can see so much
cool perspektives of the Map.
You can do so much freakin stuff.
And it's just watchin and doing nothing, perfect for all the lazy wc gamers ;)

Its different, its more of a challenge, you can make better terrain and show it off much better with cameras.

People have always had a facination with movies. Its really cool to see people with little background in movie production create something amazing using simple tools and little money. Plus some cinematics are really worth watching. For me, creating cinematics is a way to express my creativity and practice my skills of movie direction and game modding for future purposes.

ya....every1 above me pretty much said everything that needs to be said.

- allows you to show ur creative side.
- if ur good...its great to sit back and watch ur cinematics. and just think about where u started...(a big piece of dirt)
- i think cinematics r the greatest thing you can do in the editor...i just hope that i can figure it all out fast (im a wc3 noob) but practice practice practice
