I know from downloading several of your excellent campaigns that some are made for Frozen Throne, and some are made for Reign of Chaos. However, i do not have Frozen Throne and everything i download that is made for just comes up as a messed up file. So, i suggest, to save people some time, that each campaign or map should list if it requires Frozen Throne to watch/use it. |

Thats actually a really good idea. And I can't imagine it would be that hard, unless you scripted the download/upload engine really sloppily. |

Good idea! It's a good idea! Uh, why didn't my first post show up? Ah, forget about it... |

lol, its actually harder then ude think, unless the user uploadign the map is given an option sutch as tft map? y / n while uploading. doing that would take about 10 minuts. |

I didn't even know it wasn't there - it really should be, a little effort to prevent frustration. Even then, though, you're not a serious WC3 player unless you have TFT. It adds so much to the game it's expected you have it by many. |

I can write PHP, and although coding an upload engine in pretty difficult, unless they wrote the engine here very sloppily (which I very much doubt considering the skill of the technical directors), it wouldn't be that hard to detect if the uploaded file had the extension .w3x or .w3m. |

$ft = strpos($filename, 'w3x') === FALSE ? FALSE : TRUE; All you need. |

that's a good idea. saves people from downloading and screwing up stuff, and lets them see the awesome maps. |
