A star coverd sky

Can somebody please make me a sky like this. It's half a semi light blue and half a dark blue as if the sun was rising. There are stars everywhere so dont forget to put those in, it also has the kind of look as if there where clouds there too.
Just draw it exactly with the moon please and i'll pay points if points intrest you.
Sorry for the cheap SS but thats all i could find.
