So what i want is to put, for example "a running demon hunter" on a webpage that im working with and maybe other animations from the war3 files.

I've messed around with different exporters and importers, 3d studio max and altogether i cant seem to get to where i want, which is to put a war3 model (demon hunter) into 3d studio max and make it so the "running" animation works and record/capture it and export it to a .GIF or something similar so i can use it on a html page.

Someone please help with these steps?

Thx in advance, //Zearcher

What you could do is, open wc3viewer, and select the DemonHunter.mdx

Play the running animation, and try to record it using screenshots, IF thats not possible, ask a talanted GIF animator (Like Vilex) to make it for you.

What wc3viewer?, the one with the blizzard art tools cant get other models than those that comes with samples, if im not incorrect.

And the other wc3viewer ive seen on the forums doesnt seem to be able to export the skin along with the model -_-;;.

As long as i would be able to get a model into 3dsm there would be no problem : >

You cant play animations in 3ds max.

The skin is ON the model in wc3viewer. And you have a little list with diffrante animations you can choose.

You could just paint them away when you have all those screenies.
