Hello.. im currently working on new golems. Anywho, ive decided to make golems a lot more strategic. By this i mean a population limit on the amount of golems u can mass. Way 2 often people mass 800 units lagging the game to death. Any idea how i could make a trigger that realises the current population for a player and stops the create trigger? |

You could just make the create golem trigger check to see that if there are more than X golems then don't create anymore. That's if it's setup the way I think it is... otherwise GoldenUrg's trigger patch for WorldEdit has a trigger to set max amount of units. |

Ic.. could u elaborate a little more on this trigger? And where might i find that other program? |

Uh... the other program is on WC3 Campaigns... it comes with WorldEdit Enhanced Blink. Maybe just make a trigger something like: Events: Every 5 seconds Conditions: Player controls less than X golems = true Actions: Create 1 golem at location I'm not sure about the condition, look around a bit... but something like that. |

Rather than make another Golems (One of the shittiest ideas ever thought up), do a favor for the world and make something worth playing. Games like golems and gladiators are so damn repetitive and they're always fixed...why would you want to dump gas on the already burning chemical waste we call Custom Games. |

My golems has a different base idea ***. It is way more strategic based. Oh, and yes, i do play melee.. im just not a ****ing loser who players 24/7, getting kicks out of beating noobs. Oh, im also friends with very good players.. lvl 20+ dont bad mouth cutom maps.. its just a change from the norm. Now stfu and go home. |
