creep Radius attack

I have a group of creeps (creep_attack_squad_2) They move to a position i order them to. I want them to attack units owned by a certian player within a certain radius, does anyone know if this can be done? if so how?

P.S. I will give anyone that gives me an answer that works for my map 30 points
