Orc Campaign Effect

If anyone knows how made the purple "tripwire" on the orc campaign, or where to find it i would love to know...!

The area you step across to transition between maps, it was graphically represented by a line of glowing...

Where is it? i can not find it...

You'll have to use control-page down to move it downward, and probably scale it some, to make it look like in the orc campaign.
