Scaling problem with custom model HELP!

foolishk
Ive been working on a Scythe model (d2 style) And its totally finished and skinned (im a horrible skinner)

But the damn model is TINY!!!!!! when I import it to war3 or look at it as an mdx, Ive tried messing with values of bounding box and maxextents(although im not quite sure what they do) And ive tried opening another model first then pasting it in and scaling it accordingly, still comes out TINY.

Im sure someones had this problem before care to explain how to fix it.

(using 3d max 6)

I have discovered the source of my problem... You must select the individual vertices as a whole to scale it. Just scaling the mesh won't work. thanks me!

ummm just import it into world editor and change the scaling value to whatever in odject editor this sohuld make him alot bigger and by the way you might want to get 3ds max 5 or 4 cuz 6 is horrible for plugin support at the moment and might always be
