Getting team color off of skins...

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to get the team color off of the skins....And also how to take off the glow:////

To take off the glow, you have to mdl edit it out. Everytime I try that, it comes out screwy. To remove the color, you have to skin over it. Blank spots show team color, so just color over them.

The best I've been able to do to remove glow is make them always have neutral hostile colors, or just make them neutral hostile and give them the right player without changing colors as soon as the game starts. That way, the glow is very clear and looks like a light mist instead of red/blue cloud.

In photoshop

Go to

Window -> Layers

then in layers box

Channels -> Alpha 1

...

and the part on the skin that was originally team color just color over the black part white...
