Where to get custom spells?

I see there is a nice thread here for people to post spell ideas, but where (on this forum or anywhere on the net) can we download spells from? I'm into custom spells/abilities but I figure there is no point in making a spell that somebody else has already done, and if its already done I would like to use it! Is there an online "spellbook" as it were?
