sure...
you just set the waygate on the map... double click it and activate the checkbox "waygate active" than select the region where it shall go in the dropdown.
this will be 1-way and will also make units use it automaticly if it speeds up the way (a cool warcraft3 feature).
to make it 2-wayed you only need to do the same with the destination gate and set the rgion to the 1st gate ... |
