Could use some shading, and remove the team color.
make the eyes bigger.

the eyes need work; gollum's eyes are bulbous and round, aswell as large and compose most of his head.

Changed the eyes a bit but I'm not sure how to get rid of the team color.

Two words: Alpha Channels.

Simply delete any black in the Alpha channel that corresponds to the team color. You can also use this to get rid of the back spikes, shorten the teeth, and other cosmetics; I did that on the Gollum skin I made.

color a 50/50/50 gray a layer under it to remove team color, alpha channel is for retarded people; you can do it all without alpha.

Try scaling up the ghoul model and geoset merging shadowhunter's head onto it. I noticed the other day shadowhunter=l33t gollum.

Use the dodge tool some more on his eyes.
Heres a fairly decent reference picture of gollum that looks similar to the ghoul.

I tried to remove the team color through mdl editing because I wasn't real sure about the gray layer thing but it didn't work either :(. I'm also not sure how to merge the shadow hunter's head. Would that require model editing?

What Program do you use for skins? You can remove Teamcolor with the skin.

I use Photoshop 7. I searched on it and it says to go into Masks for alpha channel but all that is there is: File, Edit, Image, Layer, Select, Filter, View, Window, and Help.

You know the layers tab where you can add layers is will along the top there should be one that says channels click that and scrool down to one that says alpha 1 where one the skin you dont want team color color it white.
