Turning off DHunter animations

I'm not quite sure where to begin with this, but here it goes..

I've made a custom model based off the Demon Hunter (just changed the face and hair and skin.) Now, I've also got this custom ultimate spell for him based off of the locust swarm (now it makes flying green warblades whiz around.) Now the thing is, once the Hero casts this spell, he changes into his demon hunter model and doesn't change back until the "swarm spell" is over.

In addition, this modified Demon Hunter has a bandana over his mouth as oppsed to his eyes. So now it looks a little stupid when his portrait "speaks."

The Questions: How do I prevent the "Demon morph" animation from activating when he casts his ultimate spell? How to I prevent his lips from moving in the portrait?
