Hmm... looks fine, but perhaps you should post it from the WE, you can make better angles that way ;)

Second one doesn't look good. The tiles you used are straight, that's ugly. Also the houses stand straight. You should make some distance between them.

Of course you can change the angle :) Just hold on Control and move with the mouse... err... did I said that right. Just try expermenting with the CTRL pressed and move in the WE. :D

He looks fine IMO as far as I can see. Since it is dark there isn't much to see. Press 'L' before you show him :D THat's easier for a skin :P

I have absolutely no idea in how to rate skins and models. I can just rate terrains :D

Personally I think he looks good :D but like I said, I don't dare to rate skins :p

The CTRL works fine for me. Are you using it while using the Game Camera? if so, don't use it. (De/activate it by clicking 'C')

Hmm... the same screen shot as number 2. only diffrent angle. Though it doesn't look flat here. It looks WAAAAAAAY too... too... um... I forgot the word...

You used too much 'Noise'.... WAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much. This doesn't look good at all.. sorry :(

Same problem as the first one. Too flat, too straight. Not much to rate either since pretty much all you show are buildings.

BTW you can turn on the sky by clicking 'K' in the WE and change the sky in the map options. (Or was it map options?) Anyway, you cna find it there somewhere. Just a friendly tip :)

Now I'm off for a while...

First off,
Is this for a cinematic, or a game?

Secondly,
if it is a game, it looks really complicating and confusing.. i dont like complicated towns, even if they look good. try to make it look good, But make it simple :).

Thirdly,
if its for cinematic, it looks good :) :D accept, dont go too noise happy.
