removing teamcolor, again

Ok, so I checked the teamcolor tutorial thread, and at the bottom replies someone said to remove the replaceableid1 part, so I tried to remove it in different ways; by only removing the 'replaceableid1,' part or the whole 'bitmap' function. But nothing works, the model just doesn't work after that.
