Icon Request!

Ok, I need some icons made, so if youd like to make a fwe points and spare some time thw following is a list of the icons I need.

An Icon of a White Katana (for those of you who don't know its a large curved blade)

An icon of a wall of bones.

A silver dragon icon.

An armored angel with a sword and shield, prefreably blue armor with some silver and gold, just make it look spiffy in any way youd like. Just be creative really.

Some various bow, sword, axe, mace, armor, shield, helmet, cloaks, spears, and a staff or two. I do not expect a work of art but a somewhat detailed icon. Depending on how I like your work I will pay points as I see fair.

I may try a few of them tomorrow, namely the weapons; I don't have time now. Don't expect realy high-quality, but I'll do my best.

Alright cool, I'm patient so I don't mind waiting.

I created two icons, a sword and small shield. They include an active and disabled version. I hope you like them.

Here's a pic of some spear I made, all based off the same original icon. Completely free-hand. I'm gunna make disabled version and then post 'em once I read up on how exactly to make them. I lossely based them off the knight's spears in LotR. They're also not the best icons in the world, and I have a few small probelms with them still.
EDIT: I increase the spear's size from Handspear to Knight's Spear and from Harpoon to Hunting Harpoon so that they looked larger and took up more of the icon :D
Handspear.....Knight's Spear
Harpoon........Hunting Harpoon

Heh nice work both of you, and LS think you could do a shimmering white katana? I made myself an attatchment model of it but icons just are not my thing lately.

Well... I won't be able to do it until Monday after school or Sunday night, cuz I'm at my dad's house over the weekend and his computer is crap :nono: But once I'm back I will.

I did a katana, as you can see in the attatched image. The handle is white/grey, but the tsuba is gold. If you'd like me to change the color of the tsuba just tell me what color to change it to and I will gladly do so. Understand, though, that I reserve the right to use any icon I make in my own projects, but will not freely distribute them unless you give your permission to do so. When you're happy with the colors, I'll upload a zip with it in tga and blp form along with a disabled icon.

I'm not sure I'm happy with this, but, eh...

Also decided to take a stab at the angel:

Hahaha decided these were easier than mine Shiv? emote_confused Looks good, a lot better than I could and can do.
BTW, on my other icons, I need to sharpen a couple of them a bit more and probably blend a few colors together a bit more... I have yet to find a way to easily make a disabled, although part of it may be that I make my icons go right to the border while Blizzard's done, they fade is, so then when disable dyou get the nice blending effect. I'll experiment around with it on mayday when I get a chance.
I'm the same as Shiv, I'll use my icons if I find any use for them. I'll also just post them in a zip unless you want otherwise.

What do you think of these?

And if you want them without any more modification...

Is that bone wall based off a model? That' sertainly what it looks like to me. No offense meant. IMO the bones should be a bit whiter, and a bit less uniform and smooth.

Heh.. I just got bored, and I'm in an iconning mood. Plus, I didn't have the references from you back when I started. Anyway... yeah. Back to my little mini-project.

EDIT: By the way, Oink, your "Silver Dragon" looks rather grey. IF you're going to greyscale something you h ave to retuch it afterwards because it loses a good deal of the percieved brightness. If I were you, I would colorize it to a very pale blue, up the brightness a notch, then go over it with an airbrush (or the dodge tool) and make the highlights more pronounced.

Here's a Silver Dragon with a disabled version. I had finished, only to see another... Oh well, I'll post it anyway.

P.S. How do you post an image in your text?
