There is a nice Legolas skin in the DL section. Use Archmage (or some of the white Medivh's out there) for Gandalf, and Gimli should be mountainking. If the map's for battlenet, remember that it's a bad idea to upload something like 50 skins and replace old units, because the file will get much bigger then. Ah anyway... It's quite simple really. All you have to know is the pathway to the unit's own .blp file. Uh, say arthas arthas' BLP file is something like units\humans\arthas\arthas.blp If you download a skin for arthas, import it and replace it's pathway (double click on it in the import-thingie) with the pathway to artha's .blp. (that is, if you have an arthas skin - it should work for any other unit to - for me it does) If you download models, it's often so easy, that you just put the .blp texture in the textures... uh, like this: textures\filename.blp And the model... often you don't have to edit that. Then you just select the .mdx file in the object editor in the model field. Remember, you often have to restart the editor/map to make the skins show |

If you want, check out this thread and download the .blp path list. |
