I'm having a small problem. I want to make an Evasion skill, but only working for ranged attacks. 'course, then you have to define what a ranged unit is, but... ah, does anyone know how to do a skill that gives a % to evade a ranged attack?
Or just make all ranged attacks missle-line type, so that they only track targets a little bit. It's not 70%, but it is realistic... if something moves, it doesn't get attacked. It they just stand there, they do.
i have the PERFECT solution for you! Base your ability on the fire-emblem shield (or w/e) the one that is laced in fire. That item has some ability that reduces damage taken from ranged attacks by a % and i might have a chance but im not sure
Well, in that case the best thing to do would be the Hardened Skin. The Shield reduces damage by 70%, it doesn't give a 70% chance to miss. It's just like defend but doesn't need activated.
