I just don't seem to find a tutorial how to remove team colors so i can overdraw them.

Why is the one you posted for RoC only? I need one for TFT (in fact i can't imagine there something that can't be done with TFT bur COULD be done with RoC :( )

Draw over the alpha channels, you can't delete them though.

Some of the best are

http://www.pixel2life.com (Photohop , Paint Shop Pro , programming , .... you name it they've got it)

http://psworkshop.net/psworkshop (Photoshop , various categories)

http://www.bluesfear.com (not much to do here but the few tuts that are there are great)

http://www.spoono.com

http://www.absolutecross.com

Don't know if they can help with skinning , I guess you'll have to search , but they might be helpfull to just help you get the basics of photoshop
