Page Up with a Brigde

First off I misspelled Bridge. My bad.

When in the editor I tried to use the page up on a bridge to make it rise and look like it fit in cause it was too close to the water though it would not budge. Is this only something that will work in the UMSWE or can you do it in the regular World Editor? (I just havent gotten a chance to download the UMSWE and probally wont for some time unless this is the only way I can do this)...

you can do it in the regular world editor

Its not just Pg Up. Its Ctrl + Page Up. That could be 1/2 of your problem.
