Yea i'm kinda stumped, how/can you make it so that the goldmine icon doesn't show on the minimap. I'm asking because for my map theres buildable farms (goldmines) and it kinda stinks that you give away your position if you build a farm. |

I'm not sure but isn't there something that says "Show on minimap" in the object editor? |

That was the first thing i looked at, the building doesn't have that enabled and theres no way i can see to fix it in the gold mine ability either, i also tried looking in gameplay interface to take the icon out manually but i couldn't find where it is, all i found is "model - minimap resource" and taking that out didn't do anything. what do you know i just found where in gameplay interface is, i can take the icon out manually, just curious, any easier way to do it? EDIT, nevermind, taking out the icon doesn't seem to work, is there anyway to get rid of this thing? |
