Multiboard Toturial lacking last part

I just read the multiboard toturial to learn some multiboard triggering, and notices that the last part i missing. Could anyone tell me how to do this?

1.13a adding GUI multiboard functions... Why are you reading a tutorial about (most likely) the pre 1.13 JASS (still working) method?
