In need of an animator

I really need an animator to do something for me. I have hardly any points so I can't pay, but I could give them something else, skin, picture or something like that. What I really need is a transform animation for the Grunt so he hovers in the air, with his arms out, transforms into the Fel Orc Grunt and lands on the ground. For changing back, I want the Fel Grunt to fall to his knees, change to normal grunt and get back up again. Sounds very difficult, I know but I need it for my campaign badly...
