Heres what I have so for, What do you think. All crits welcome. All 100% free hand of what I have changed.

How'd you take the blades off the axes without getting a hole in them?

My only suggestion is to give him pants that match his shirt. Looks like he's in an armored bare-midriff and underwear.

Its A WIP Its not done and I modified the model so its tranparent and unwrap modified so shoulder pad and axes have seperate textures. See Model Gallery

Hes looking better but if ye tell me you should remove that spike shoulderpad and take away his mask

Yeah, good point. It looks much better with full armor, but spikes and mask stick out too much.

The armor doesn't quite look quite right in my opinion. It almost looks clother to cloth.. than to metal. I'm thinking it's because of the way the model is shaped and not entirely your skinning.

The idea is pretty cool. Nice job with the axes.

Edit: Also the boots look really wierd.. they look like recolors o_0... Might want to give them a different pattern on them instead....

change the mask to the same metaliky color that is on his armor and it will look great!

Looks good but it is very plain. You should have different tones of metal areas. add more designs and colors.

the maces are just alphaed. It takes 3 seconds just go download the alphable beastmaster.
