You can't "unalpha" team colour. It's part of the model.

You would need to edit the model though.

You can`t get rid of it. But you can change it. I dont have my WE open, but I try to explain. Go to Object Editor and choose the unit who`s color you want to change. Then click the "Allow Custom Color" or something and make it true.
Then choose unit color somewhere there and change it. As siple as that.

Listen up you bunch of noobs.

This is a skinning forum. Therefore, I don't want to hear your brains ticking over with thoughts of 'World Editor'. No, we here be skinners!

Setting team colour to Neutral Hostile will not remove team colour. It sets it to black. This does not solve the problem at all, so quit thinking it does!

To remove team colour form a model requires MDL or even MDX editing. That is not for this here skinning forum, NO! We be skinners!

Look to the tutorials and familarise yourself with alpha channels. You need to know how to add and remove alpha in order to achieve what you have asked here. By removing the alpha on team coloured areas, you will cover up the team colour, showing your skinning on the background layer. This is done by opening and editing the alpha channel, using a white airbrush on the particular areas.
