Necromancer skin

I need a skin for a Necromancer which is (probably) gonna be in an AoS, and I'm willing to pay big for a nice skin.

So here is what I want:
Bloodmage Skin
-I would want his armor to be very black
-I'd like to have skulls on his armor, I'd like to have his boots look like Arthas' in the TFT ending cinematic
-For the shoulder pads: Make the top one black with skulls, and the lower one of the team color
-His cape would stay black, but have a row of tiny runes, on the bottom and the top, and if it looks cool, a big rune in the middle. I'd like them to be either Green or Team color
-His face should be made WAY scarier(and paler), and his hairs white
