I dont know exactly, but its simple enough. Just open up Blizzards Monolith Map and look in the Importmanager. basically u just have to import a tga which has a certain size and set the name and path to some value, something like: war3mapimported\war3mappreview.tga |

r u too lazy? even to open a stupid map? EXRACT the picture from the monolith, edit, and import it WIHTOUT the war3imported, jeeze, ur so reluctant to open a map to check out whats inside, IT EVEN SAYS IT IN THE COMMENTS IN THE TRIGGER BASE |

Don't be rude guys. Monolith pretty much shows how to do certain stuff. But the knowledge about it is not as widespread as I'd like it is. |

-_-+ well first off, usually when someone gets a new game, they EXPLORE it, trying stratagies, different types of map, they get FAMILIARIZED, then play online, but some people dont bother, thats why there are noobs out there... |

I also get annoyed about some posts. But instead of flaming I do one of the following things: - get bored and don't reply at all - reply in a friendly manner |

You need photoshop to do this. You cant just import an image thats like a .bmp or .jpg and change the tag to .tga. You must first have a program that can do tga files such as photoshop. First of all make your image. Then save as a .tga instead of photoshop one. You can't import in bmp images or .gif .jpg and so on. Only tga works and you can only covert those files by photoshop by save as function. Image has to be 128 by 128 pixel or 256 by 256 pixel. |
