Skin/ model help!

I have posted this befor but now i couldn't find it. any way how do i make skins/models work becuase in the WE i see the skin/model but in-game its just a shadow or the original unit. how do I get skins and models to work.

when you converted it to blp, did you set the quality high? Sometimes it does that if you have set the quality high..

I'm not converting stuff into .blp i just download them and they don't work
