cant make games

Hi i was able to make games but now i wont work and i do not no how to fix it some on plz help me cuz i want ppl to join my rpg and they cant :(

Ok tell me what you need fixed.... You were suppose to tell me if it's
1, 2, or 3, or if it's 4 what is the problem...

ist number 2 i use to be able to host games but not n e more

Do you currently have:
56K, Cable or DSL (tell me which one)

If DSL or Cable
Do you have a router?

If you have a router which brand
Linksys or NetGear?

i have a dsl and the router is links or sumfin

but some guy made me able so make games he went to some website (BATTLENET one)and coped some numbers and the poot the in some war 3 file

the guy came to my house and did it and my inter net is sympatico

Ok you need to fix port forwarding first check your ip adress, then on warcraft 3 go to options gameplay set your port to 611# (# = to last number of ip adress) it's further explained on http://www.blizzard.com/support/?id=awr0655p

i did do that and poot my number in and peeps wont join

i did all the stuff u told me and it wont work and yes i read all of the stuff on the web page and it still wont work well thx for your time n e ways.

I could fix my problem if my firmware on my dsl router didn't blow....... it doesn't even allow me to forward ports, wtf!?

ok this is complicated for the computer illiterate people out there so read over this a few times

find out you DEFAULT GATEWAY (should be close to wherever u found your IP) if ur on a linksys router its probably 192.168.1.1
open a interent browswer
type in your default gateway into the adress bar and hit enter
a box will show up asking for username and password
leave username blank
and put password "admin" without the quotes
a screen will show up. on the far right of that screen u should see a ADVANCED SETUP tab. click it
now look for a tab called FOWARDING. click it
now at the bottom u should see button called PORT TRIGGERING click it
a new window will open
in one of the lines fill this out

Application Name = B.Net
Triggering Port Range = 6112~6112
Incoming Port Range = 6112~6112

if u cant figure it out and you own starcraft then install starcraft and it should do it for you i think.
