Death and Decay Beta Animation

umm i found the files for the original beta animation in another forum ( searched the site) but i have no idea how to use them. Can someone please tell me how to get the animation in my map?

Does anyone out there know how to/where get the beta animations/models working for spells at least? i just really need to figure out ho to use the old death and decay art. i saw it ina DoTA once...
