Something wrong with avatars?

I want to change mine, but it won't let me. The only thing that the avatar window will let me do is specify to use no avatar, and it says i need something like 9999999999 posts to specify my own custom avatar...

Thats odd. I just checked it out and it worked fine for me. Try rebooting your internet explorer or something.

Obviously not. Go to the Forum button. at the top right section is the Store. Go there and scroll down till you see "Custom Avatars" and then click the broken picture. From there, it's pretty self-explanatory.
