What Map Editor should i use?

The standard one doesnt work for me, i have reinstalled it several times but still no progress. So i need another one that i can download, which one should i use?

The other editors are just mods of the standard editor so I don't think you can fix this problem easily, what do you mean by "Doesnt work for me" ?
