Alright, heres my list of nags, complaints, bugs, etc... I played a game as Swamp Dwellers, a game as Wood Elves, and a little bit of chaos (but then my comp locked up - don't ever use cheats with AMAI lol) Basic Stuff: Loading Screen for the game - Very nice :D Main Menu - Everythings great, except the butterflies animation looks a bit wierd (I think it has something to do with how the light hits it). Loading Screens - They were cool, but the loading bar partially covers the TTOR and race logos. WOOD ELVES: Audio - 1. The music is a bit loud. I had to turn down my volume a bit whereas in normal Warcraft III with the volume I had it set to it was much quieter. Buildings - 1. You have to drag around most buildings to select them. Would be nicer if you could just click on them. 2. Team color was hard to see or non-existant on many buildings (Particularly the Settlement, Farm, Den of Enchantments, Forge, and Outpost) 3. The wood elven outpost has regular models when it upgrades (looks really wierd). Also the upgraded towers have the "Unholy Aura" ability. Why would Wood Elves have an unholy aura? 4. The bottom part of the farm structure didn't quite blend in with the other structures IMO (get rid of the purple door and lining) Units - 1. The Inquisitrix - I just thought her attack looked kinda funny (the projectile). Its not the same color as the glowing effect on her spear and spawns a bit too late. 2. Fairy Dragon - The model choice for this one is a bit awkward IMO. 3. Arch Wizard & Merchant - I think they should get a new skin. Icon/Abilitys - 1. Some of the custom icons are too far away from the unit. You should move the camera closer and capture a shot of them. 2. The Woodelf Backpack ability tooltip says "Human" 3. Regrowth needs a disabled icon. 4. The sharpshooters tracking ability has no research tooltip. 5. The Lady of the Wood Master Training has no icon. 6. The Druid of the North's Nature's Call ability has a screwed up research icon and research description. ================================== SWAMP DWELLERS: GUI/Icons: 1. The bricks on the bottom of the interface are a different color then the ones at the top. I like the ones at the top better, and I think you should use the same color for the ones at the bottom. 2. The icon for the Triceradon looks really wierd (I dunno maybe its how you positioned the head, it doesn't really look like a head) 3. When you select a unit that has an inventory, the interface becomes unaligned right around the item area. 4. The building called "Ancient of Temple", did you mean "Temple of Ancient" because Ancient of Temple sounds really odd. 5. The "Power Word Death" ability can target friendlies as well. Units: 1. The Triceradons should have gold and lumber attached to them when they make trips back from resources. 2. The Salmon portrait - Alpha out the regular gnoll weapon that you see in it (or skin it to look like the bow) 3. I don't like the skin for the rider part of the Galapos Mage. It needs more detail/better shading. 4. The Hatchery needs a new model, doesn't fit in. 5. The attack range of the Galpos Rider is too far. He hits the air with his hammer. 6. The Pteradon - The wings should flap more drastically (they need to go farther up and farther down). I don't think it should be able to attack land units because it bites the air. ==================================== MISC: 1. The victory screen (I assume is not done yet?) for the Wood Elves has the regular Spellbreaker on it. 2. The Glow on Divine units looks strange when the unit walks up a slope. 3. I was playing on Lost Temple and I noticed the new creeps :ggani: However, there were still some regular forest trolls mixed in. 4. There seemed to be alot more lag from the visual SFX. 5. When you startup the game it lags for like 10-15 seconds. Is this because of the AMAI script? 6. I was playing vs. Trolls and I noticed that the Squig needs a bigger collision, two of them were walking right through each other lol. Very very nice so far :D I love the main menu and music :ggani: And all the buildings are awesome (especially Chaos & Dwellers) Iron_Ian |

I haven't really played the whole thing, but damn it's fun. Now, i made a written report on little things that should be fixed, i only did a totally through with the trolls and woodelves, i glanced at the chaos General ~Towers should be stronger! I don't want this to be like Warcraft ! ~A few units need the level of spellcaster thingy Wood Elves ~Redwood Tree- Generates Wood before the thing is done (i'm not totally sure of this ~Druid of the North, Level 6 Spell - No tooltip ~Tracking - No tooltip ~Magic Missle- Reserch and the actual Spell Icon are in different places ~Fix the models so you can select them while being built, whats the use of having cooperative building when you can't use it? ~The Lady of the Wood Training, and Godslayer icons are in wrong places ~Gaurd Should have a different model ~Den of Enchantments has no portrait Trolls ~Frost Wolf is labeled as bear when summoned ~Some of the Troll buildings could use a building unit anim and construction anim ~Main Building - The placement of the upgrades they need to be setup so its not an avalanche when you reserch ones closest to the lower left corner ~Slow down the snotlings! They're so ****ing fast! ~Shaman Training and Vodoo Training need to have better placement ~The Warrior trolls (beast master merge) should have full team color on the pads, it looks weird otherwise. ~Warlord, Portrait is wrong unit ~Pig is an excellent idea! Highten the time to build the boars though.... ~Smash! thingy is in the wrong place. ~Snotling Merchant- WTF IS WRONG WITH HIS VOICE? ~At the main building make the reserches available but make it so they require the next level up. ~Stasis trap should be instead a Net Trap, which does the same thing, except it uses the net model (from RoTD, www.wc3sear.ch its one of the spells) and would be really big, and when they'd step far enough into it, *stun* with a different buff. ~Bribe is too powerful IMO Chaos ~Shouldn't the MindFlayer have a lvl 6 ability? ~Why does the Scavenger thingy turn into a Burrowed Barbed Arachhnithid? ~Bloodfrenzy for a unit i dun remember needs an Icon. ~Some building keeps playing its death animation when its dead ~Frost for Demons, I dun think so! Try my idea "Burn" Based off of slow poison it slowly burns them doing damage, the thing i came up with was, you could probably using the slow ability in tandom kinda change the colors so that its red instead of blue. I had a great time playing this for 3 hours =) I leave you with this my friends |

I LOVE THE Mod and i dpnt list the bugs because they are others post ://// i keep palyng and testing i report if i see something what is not posted Spuigd rlz :D but they ''drown them self's'' and lower spuigs ''flying hight'' damn they are floating arch devil needs walking animation other wise its DAMN!!!! OMG! I got so pissed cause I thought i didnt get in, then i realized i had a PM and didnt know it :). Ok well as soon as this is done D/Ling I'll get started (although im SURE im gonna have problems doing this right :(). Anyway, thanks for giving me a chance, and I promise that as long as i even figure out how to do it, I'll contribute well to this mod :). Thank you. Oh ya i just remembered a question. I read somewhere that to play online u have to get Mirc or something like that. I'll do it if i totally have to, but is there a way to play this on b.net or is everyone doing it through that program? |

A lot of what I saw wrong is in the others post but here is some other stuff The Balrog doesnt seem very interested in fighting, his animations are as durastic as the typical warcraft 3 unit. The Azunai Hero for the Wood Elves looks like she is very stiff when walking. I say don't make the sword move as much and add more bending at the knees. Maybe longer strides as well |

Braincrusher are still to powerfoul. Make him harder too controll, then maybe all the noobs understand that it takes skills to use him. |

I still don't know how to play online so if anyone could tell me that'd be appreciated :). Anyway, now for what i noticed. 1.Trolls: WAY TOO GOOD! They can get gold soooo freaking fast its incredible, and the one weak guy that has the gold increase on attack and the bribe move is way too good. Just keep him out of combat and have him mind control everyone. Also, I might be wrong about this, but im pretty sure his ultimate didnt have a tooltip. Also, the spellcaster that recovers mana will continue casting and not moving even when nobody is around (if its on autocast), and you have to manually move him. 2.Chaos: Too slow early on! The refinery is in my opinion a bit too expensive, and the barracks building is too much lumber. It forces you to start really slow. Also, the chaos rider doesnt have an icon for his bloodlust-like move. And also the hero for chaos that has parasite will parasite himself and other allied units if its on autocast, and his ultimate can be learned at level 1. Also, the balrog's immolation causes damage to allied units and buildings and it is really strong... I think there were some other problems too but I don't remember. 3.Wood elves: There'd be a weird green bar at the bottom of the ranged units upgrading building whenever u started an upgrade. Again I think there were other problems but its hard to remember everything. Also, the ultimate unit guy is too strong, in my opinion he's much better than the ultimate unit of the other races. 4. Swamp Dwellers: Some problems with clicking on buildings while being built, as well as setting rally points. Ok well thats all i can think of now,but hopefully that helps. Oh also can i give the beta to my bros so i can play with them. The 3 of us are all around equally as skilled, although we play different, and we are all averagely skilled, so we'd be perfect to test with eachother. If not thats cool, but I really think it'd be a good idea. Ok well im done :). Thanks for letting me be in beta :). |

Also i think every race besides woodelf gets gold too easy and lumber too hard. i guess chaos gets lumber fast later on, and Wood elfs get average gold and high but not too high lumber. Also here are some other things. Chaos: Chaos doesnt have an item building unless I missed it. Wood Elf: Wood elf has call to arms at main structure, but it doesnt do anything. |

Oh another thing I noticed was there wasnt enough variety in voices (or at least that I noticed). Also here is a cap on resources. Wood Elf: Wood elves get a bit more lumber than average, but that is reasonable being they are 'wood' elves. They get average gold. Troll: They get WAY too much gold (especially with merchant) and not nearly enough lumber. I'd say lower their gold capabilities a little (but they should still have the advantage of gold) and require less lumber or make lumber easier to get (I still think lumber should be a disadvantage for them though). Chaos: They get somewhat above average gold but they dont get nearly enough lumber. Dwellers: Same with them. Overall: Make gold a little bit harder to get/need more of it, and make lumber less necessary/easier to get. Also, another thing I noticed was that the dwellers upgrade building isnt a lumber dropoff point. I'm assuming it's supposed to be. |
