Import the file into the import editor. Your file should then show up in the import section of the set sky options. I'm not sure exactly what file type skies use, but you could try looking for one in the MPQ. As for the advanced World Editors, they give a lot of nice improvements, but I had to go through a lot of trouble to get Frozen Throne to work, when I got so long ago, because of an advanced editor. Not to mention, Blizzard seems to add most things to their editor sooner or later. Hope I helped some!

I have found all of the sky's and I have made my own sky's :D
The only problem now is the format. I import them and when i go to the triggers(I wanna change the sky during a game) and choose the imported option, there is nothing there.

Hmm... I'm not sure if this'll work, but try importing your .BLP and setting it's custom path to Environment\Sky\DalaranSky\DalaranSky.blp and then set the sky to Dalaran Sky. This should replace the Dalaran Sky with your sky in the map. Note: You must save, exit, and reload the World Editor in order to see most imported material.
