How do i make the cooldowntime to lower?

Guest	How can i make the cooldown time for a unit's attack less then 87? I've seen one persons map with a cooldown rate of 0.05.How is this possible?0_o

Guest	Find the War 3 Unit editor - look in the Dev Tools forum for it. It rocks :) Lets you change cooldowns and things beyond their "normal" limits.
