[WIP] A look for a way

I've made some Terrain out of an Pic of World of Warcraft. I'm kinda new here, so dont mess my English! Here are the first two steps:

Kinda Big, I know! Wanting some Critics!

The second one is really cool.

They look fine... but there is waaay too much grass. You might notice yourself (except for the VERY green shrubs and trees) that you hardly use any doodads. Use them more often ;) It will look better.

Orci is right though. The second one looks okay. (especially the trees :D) but this one as well lacks details. Add more flowers, or perhaps a river the flows through it.

No, attack, but I do know how to use doodads. I just wanted to find out, how something looks like, when you use not that much different Doods. And i don't think that flowers, are the realy best for that. okay, its an bright forest-part... mkay, I'm talking shit.
Flowers would be a kind of contrast to the grass. It's Lordaeron Summer. Many people don't like that kind of terrain-art. I am one of these, who rarely trie to bring life in that kindof terrain. I've made lots of Tree-Modells, 3/4 shit. I made a new Skin for the cliffs... etc. At the end it looks not bad.

BTW, those trees - did you model them yourself?

He said he did. The screens are pretty good, but they need more shrubs. Other than that great! :foot:

It looks ok. Instead of using shrubs, you might want to try using River Rushes with a green tint.
